Ingredients

  • 4 Cups barbeque sauce
  • 4 Cups applesauce
  • 4 pounds Halenda's baby beef back ribs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the BBQ Sauce and applesauce in a bowl.
  2. Place Halenda's Beef  Ribs on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, and rub on all sides with the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour sauce over ribs to coat.
  4. Seal ribs in the foil and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or over night.
  5. Preheat grill on high heat.
  6. Place ribs in foil on the grill grate and cook 1 hour.
  7. Remove ribs from foil and place directly on the grill grate.
  8. Continue cooking 30 minutes, basting frequenty with the sauce until ribs are done.
