Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
  • 1 lb Halenda's Boneless Chicken Breast cut into small pieces
  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Pou 2 Tbsp dressing over chicken in a resealable bag. Seal and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 30 min to marinate.
  2. Heat BBQ to medium heat.
  3. Skewer chicken onto 4 shishkabob sticks.
  4. Grill 6 to 8 min or until done, turning occasionally
  5. Arrange lettuce on a platter, drizzle with remaining dressing (not the one used to marinate chicken)
  6. Top with kabobs and parm cheese.
