Directions
- Pou 2 Tbsp dressing over chicken in a resealable bag. Seal and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 30 min to marinate.
- Heat BBQ to medium heat.
- Skewer chicken onto 4 shishkabob sticks.
- Grill 6 to 8 min or until done, turning occasionally
- Arrange lettuce on a platter, drizzle with remaining dressing (not the one used to marinate chicken)
- Top with kabobs and parm cheese.
