Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless Halenda's Chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat
  3. Add oil, and when it just starts to smoke, add chicken
  4. Sear until well browned, flip and repeat.
  5. Place chicken in 9 X 12 baking pan.
  6. Spoon salsa and sprinkle cheese over chicken.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and cheese has melted
