Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 4 Halenda's boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cover. Cook 5-6 min on each side or until cooked through (170F)
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken
  4. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce is heated through, stiring occasionally.
