Directions
- Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken: cover with lid and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
- Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
- Add vegetables to skillet and cook uncovered for approx. 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stiring occasionally.
- Stir in broth and dressing and return chicken to skillet.
- Cook 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through.
