Ingredients

  • 4 smal lHalenda's boneless chicken breast
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 Kraft Tuscan Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken: cover with lid and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
  4. Add vegetables to skillet and cook uncovered for approx. 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stiring occasionally.
  5. Stir in broth and dressing and return chicken to skillet.
  6. Cook 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through.
