1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Vidalia onions, garlic, salt, onion powder and black pepper. Add ½ of Summer Fresh Blue Cheese Dip to the mixture and blend well.
2. For mini-burgers, take approximately ¼ lb (or ½ lb for mammoth burger) of mixture and shape into a patty; repeat until you have eight patties. Place patties on a medium pan or grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Place burgers on buns, top with a dollop of Summer Fresh Blue Cheese and garnish with tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
Makes 8 mini-burger (or 4 mammoth burgers) servings. Enjoy!
