Ingredients

  • 8 Large Meaty Halenda's Beef Back Ribs
  • Your favourite seasoning salt to taste
  • 1 (12oz) can or bottle of beer
  • BBQ Sauce to taste
  • Makes 3-4 servings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Place ribs, meaty side up in a single layer in a large, shallow sided roasting pan.
  3. Rub ribs with seasoning salt.
  4. Add beer and cover the pan with foil.  Bake for 2 hours and then remove from oven.
  5. Preheat BBQ to medium-high.
  6. Grill the ribs a few minutes per side or until micely coloured.
  7. Turn the ribs meaty side up and lower temperature to medium-low.
  8. Baste each rib with BBQ Sauce and close lid of BBQ just long enough to let the sauce heat through.
