Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Place ribs, meaty side up in a single layer in a large, shallow sided roasting pan.
- Rub ribs with seasoning salt.
- Add beer and cover the pan with foil. Bake for 2 hours and then remove from oven.
- Preheat BBQ to medium-high.
- Grill the ribs a few minutes per side or until micely coloured.
- Turn the ribs meaty side up and lower temperature to medium-low.
- Baste each rib with BBQ Sauce and close lid of BBQ just long enough to let the sauce heat through.
