Directions
- Place the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add Halenda's Beef Ribs and toss to thoroughly coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge, turning occasionally, overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place - meaty side up, in a single layer in a large, shallow-sided roasting pan. Reserve the marinade. Pour enough water or stock to cover the bottom of the pan by 1/8 inch. Cover the pan with foil and bake the ribs 2 hours.
- Place the remaining marinade in a bowl in a pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer a few minutes, until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
- When ribs are cooked remove and uncover. Increase oven to 400F. Brush ribs with the simmered marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake ribs, uncovered for approx 20 minutes or until nicely glazed.
