Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 tsp (5 mL) oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté peppers and onion until softened; add pizza or tomato sauce, wine, and Italian herbs.
Simmer for 5 minutes. - Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook Pork chops for about one minute on each side to brown. Add peppers, onion, sauce mixture and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- At serving time, transfer to an oven-proof serving dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Place under broiler and broil until cheese begins to bubble and brown
