Ingredients

  • 4 cups coarsley chopped mixed celery, red onions and sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 baking apple, coarsly chopped
  • 1 lb Halenda's pork tenderloin cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 pouch Shake'n'Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss veggies with dressing and cheese and spread onto baking sheet that is covered in parchment paper.  Bake 15 minutes
  3. Stir apples into veggie mix.  Coat pork with crumb and add to baking sheet
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through (160F) and vegetables are tender.
